About the Author

Cindy Oury, an Arvada, Colorado native, attended Carroll College (now Carroll University) in Waukesha, Wisconsin. There, she studied theatre, social work, and English, while simultaneously falling in love with her rock-solid, Jesus-following husband, Leo. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley with a bachelor of arts in sociology. She has been a faithful follower of Jesus Christ for more than forty years.
