Are You Ready For This JOURNEY? Erica grew up in a small duplex home on the north side of Milwaukee, WI. Throughout Erica’s childhood and early adult life, she was like most of the people around her, and that was she didn’t know what it actually meant to be financially literate. Erica realized quickly as an adult that she lacked financial literacy skills. Although she began working when she was 14 years old she never knew anything about budgeting, smart spending habits, or how to even save money. Like most, she had no savings, no investments, and no sense of a budget. From there on, she continued to work in several industries from retail, restaurants, and even at the local hospital. Erica was bringing in income with her paychecks but was spending the money just as quickly as it came in. She bought motorcycles, clothes, shoes, rims for her car, junk food and fast food, you name it she was spending away! Today Erica is an example of it’s never too late for anyone and it’s never too late to learn. Erica is a successful real estate investor, with her own company, Odom Investments & Property Management that she built and founded in 2018. In her professional career she is a social worker. Erica is on her wealth building JOURNEY! It is never too late for success! We go through ups and downs, and unfair things and situations in life, but remember, it's never too late.
