About the Book

About the Author
Callie Drozinski has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, is a Christian Yoga Association Masters Trainer R-CYAMT 500, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-500, Certified Holy Yoga Instructor, a Living Soul Masters Yoga Instructor, and Medical Fitness Yoga Specialist who has taught over a thousand classes, both online and in person. Her passion is helping people feel good in their bodies through Christ-centered yoga. Moving Meditations is her first book.
