About the Book

This book is about how my family used these best practices. I present them to you so that you may learn to create your own for your family. These practices can be woven into your everyday life and emphasize the importance of academics, athletics, and the arts. The book serves as a guide to emphasize the importance of purposeful parenting in raising children and offers actionable steps to help.

About the Author

The author, Sherrell D. Warren is a wife of 28 years to her husband, Jason. Their eldest daughter Kennedy graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2022 and their middle daughter Reagan is set to graduate in 2024. Their youngest son Jason II, is a scholar-athlete in the prestigious International Baccalaureate program (IB) at his high school. She currently serves as a teaching leader for an International Bible study organization that she has been a part of for 14 years. Moreover, she has been in a leadership role within the organization for 10 years. In church, she currently serves on the leadership team in the women’s ministry. Sherrell’s hobbies include thrifting, interior decorating, and homemade crafts. Her favorite pastime is being a cheerleader for her three children in their various activities.
