Praise God who is love. The Grace of God represents His love story for humanity. God’s love is from everlasting to everlasting. He has shown you His love through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, His Holy Son, who came into the world with abundance of God’s grace. Through Jesus Christ, God has provided all you need to triumph in this corrupt world. By His grace, God has provided you with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places and everything that pertains to your life and godliness.
Through Jesus Christ, God has made provision to produce a champion out of your life. He has provided His Word to save you, and His wisdom and power to help you overcome ungodliness and worldly lusts. This is the grace of God to you. Therefore, the grace of God is here through Jesus Christ, to help you avoid indulging yourself in the very things that diminish the status of the people of the world, in relation to God’s expectations for man. God wants you to overcome in the face of evil, lawlessness, and corruption in this age. In all issues pertaining to your life, you will reign and overcome because you have received abundance of grace, and the gift of righteousness from the One Man, Jesus Christ.
There is grace that Jesus provides you and grace that you seek, if you are serious about your Christian life. By the power of the grace in Jesus Christ, God enabled the prophets to write the mysteries of the things to come, many hundreds of years ahead of their fulfillment. Because of the grace of God, you live a victorious Christian life, pleasing God in your ways.
The grace of God appeared to humanity as God’s unmerited favor until Jesus came on the world scene. After the advent of Jesus Christ, the full thrust of the grace of God came to humanity, which has become both unmerited favor to redeem man and to deliver creation from the bondage of decay. Today, the grace of God is here to sustain and empower you to live a victorious Christian life. The Spirit of grace, the Holy Spirit, teaches you to deny ungodliness and worldly lust and to live soberly, righteously, and godly through all of your life’s issues.
If you are in Jesus Christ, you are in grace and have the power of the Word, the power of wisdom, and the power of God to overcome the corruption that influences many in this world. Therefore, through the grace of God, you grow consistently in your ability to define your life issues, including your ministry, by the Word of God, truth, all in righteousness. This is an act of obedience, which activates the power of the presence of Father and Son with you and within you.
God knows the daily difficulties you face in life, and He knows where you are failing. In your difficulties, God calls on you to come boldly to the throne of Grace to receive mercy and find grace to help you. You cannot continue to fail God since He has opened the door to the throne of Grace to you. You cannot continue to use grace as an excuse to indulge yourself just as the world does.
Concerning grace, Apostle Paul said, “Should you continue in sin that grace may abound?” His answer is, certainly not! If you died to sin through your baptism, how can you live any longer in sin? In your baptism, death occurred and your new self came into being. Through Jesus Christ, God provides the grace you need, but you must seek His help so you would overcome life’s challenges, which would otherwise produce unfaithfulness to your Redeemer.
LESSON: One of the reasons many fail God and live unfaithful lives to Christ is the lack of knowledge of their identity in Christ Jesus and of God’s provisions for an overcoming life through the power of grace. In addition, many do not understand the fear of the Lord.
The next time you tell anyone you are in grace, there must be evidence that after redemption, you are progressively overcoming ungodliness and worldly lusts. The Spirit of grace is daily teaching you to live righteously and godly, because you know, and are aware of the soon-coming Savior, Jesus Christ. Today, God does not want you to fall short of entering into His divine goodness, His rest. Since the grace of God has appeared to all men, it represents God’s final solution to help humanity orient herself to God’s demand for heaven.
