About the Book

In Love Forever, you will be reading the subjects of marriage, divorce, remarriage, parenthood, and more, in a brief, yet straightforward manner with honesty and openness. It is your honest and true attitude of continual forgiveness with humble love, along with your sincere, earnest prayer and faithful belief in Jesus, with obedient service to Him that will make you a happy and peaceful Christian in your life and in your marriage. As a Christian, you must concern yourself with how you love your spouse, rather than how you are loved by your spouse.

Always listen carefully to what the Holy Spirit may be trying to point out to you and pray for His guidance. Maintain an open mind as you read and study God’s Word, abolish any preconceived opinions and interpretations you may have or had, and search only for Jesus’ truth in the New Testament, obeying His will in your life. Do not try to change God’s Word. Don’t try to get it to say something other than what it says or means.

You will find that most of your problems and difficulties will be overcome when you abandon your desires and wishes, and truly search to know, follow, and obey Jesus’ will, whatever that may be. Don’t forget to always love and forgive your spouse. Jesus desires our loving compassion with pure motives for one another. A Christian spiritual life without Jesus’ true love is an empty and meaningless Christian life.

It is impossible to read this book without sensing the deep love and commitment that the author, Dan L. Coyle, has for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His life-long devotion to God and His Word is profoundly evident in the heartfelt words of this text. His massive and intimate knowledge of the Scriptures is well attested to, as he backs up every line of his reasoning with multiple supporting biblical texts.

His life-long walk with God has endowed him with simple, yet profound, wisdom that has made this volume a veritable treasure chest of helpful, practical, and biblical counsel for dealing with many wide-ranging issues dealing with marriage and family life.

Some of his positions may seem to be controversial, but he argues rather convincingly, that the controversies arise because too many people in our modern era have erred by putting the words of man above the Words of God.

If you read this book with an open mind, you will find it to be practical, helpful, uplifting, challenging, and definitely life-changing!

About the Author

Dan Coyle graduated from High School in 1964 and was drafted into the army almost a year later. He became a chaplain assistant in Vietnam with the 11th armored Calvary. Upon returning home, he married, went into construction, and spent some of his time as a youth pastor. Dan donated and enjoyed this time working with the youth. Coyle was a plumber/pipefitter by trade and did help many church members and pastors with their household plumbing problems, along with fixing church buildings themselves.

Dan has spent many years talking with and listening to pastors while reading and studying the Bible. Dan is the retired owner and instructor of the Special Issue Seminar. With the help and guidance of the Holy Spirit, he has made the seminar available to everyone in book form. The basic seminar is The Loyalty of a Christian—Establishing a Measure of Faith. The advanced seminar is The Abandonment of Loyalty—the Book for Thinkers.

One comment made about the author was, “I believe you are a missionary to the churches in the United States.”

Dan’s words are simple about God’s Word. Just accept and obey Jesus’ Word and you will abide in Jesus’ humble love toward others, no matter what. Dan L. Coyle’s picture is on the back of the book.

Dan and His wife, Luane, live in Medford, Oregon near their son and family.
