CHAPTER 1
WHAT GOD SAYS ABOUT LOVE
When we speak about the power of love in and through the eyes of God, we are generally speaking of how God loves and how he wants us to love. He left us his instructions on how he commands us to Love one another.
He loves us so much that he sent his only begotten son to die for our sins that we may have everlasting life. (John 3:16 KJV)
If you have seen the movie passion of Christ, and the horrific way that Jesus Son was crucified on the cross you have to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Lord loved us to have allow his only be-gotten son to lay upon that cross and be crucified in the manner that the people had tortured and placed judgement on Jesus for our sins.
In my living this life and expounding on the scripture about how God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son for our sins.
Jesus lets us know that we are a sinful people with a sinful nature and he continues to love us without any hesitation whatsoever; there was no hesitation on his part when he decided to sacrifice his only begotten son to die for our sins. As a matter of fact, he made the choice to die.
He expects us as Christians to make the right decisions and choices in our lives, with the instructions which he left us man…many…many years ago.
We must know and recognize that when it comes to loving others one important fact stands, and that is we all fall short of God’s glory each and every day.
We have to love through all the persons fought, frailties and bad choices that they make in life simply because God still love us with all our bad choice and bad decision making; so, who are we to make the decision not to love others because of their decisions.
And as often as I have wondered and meditated about the speaking of this scripture, of would or could I have made such a choice as Christ did with my loved ones?
How many of us would actually make the right choice according to god’s instruction if presented to us as God did with his only begotten son?
I’m pretty sure we would all have had a bit of hesitation before we made that kind of decision, and only because we would allow our fleshly part which is our selfish and sinful flesh to get into our thought process.

This book will enlighten and demonstrate to the readers how God expects us to love. The difference between our flesh and what we believe love is and what LOVE is really suppose to be.
About the Author
Minister Laverne Booker was born 1965 and raised in the city of Newark.
She has two biological Children Evans Montlouis Jr. and Gabrielle Montlouis, and a husband Joseph Earl Kornegay.
Minister Booker worked for the State of New Jersey, and after thirty two years of service She decided to retire in 2018 to pursue her dreams and goal of owning a battered woman shelter.
She is now the owner of the Non-Profit organization The Restoring Life Restoration Center Corp. (for battered and abused women)
Minister Booker is also the Author of your Location is not your Destination published in (2012) and the Journey never ends (2014).
Minister Booker attended the Christian Love Bible Institute, where the late Ronald B. Christian was the Pastor. Under the teachings and directions of Dr. T.H. Rankin Jr., she graduated 2008 receiving her certificate in “Introduction to Biblical Doctrine Part I. She continued her studies at the Christian Love Bible Institute and graduated 2012 with a BA in biblical doctrine.
Minister Booker holds many certifications and certificates she is a minister at The Spirit Life Ministries International located in the state of Delaware. She also holds an evangelist license, a certificate in Domestic Violence.
