One of the most exciting things a believer can learn to do is to yield to God for God to make him or her a Fisher of Men. For over 40 years I have personally gone door to door soulwinning and witnessing in all kinds of neighborhoods in many towns, cities, and states. I have never been bored. I have been cursed at, dog bit, threatened, threatened with a gun, blessed out, blessed, and thanked but never bored. The personal experiences and episodes of each visit are diverse and typically quite thrilling. When you approach the front door of a home that you have never been to before you can never know what is going to happen until that door opens. You would think after so many years that you have seen it all, but trust me, you may have seen a lot, but you will never see it all.

To be a Fisher of Men is both an honor and it will give you a great since of fulfillment and gratification like nothing else will. About the Author
Gerald McDaniel was born on June 26, 1954 in Pavo, Georgia. He was saved on Sept. 22, 1974 and called to preach on Oct. 19, 1975. He was married on August 21, 1976 to Julie Kaye Ferguson of Covington, Indiana. They have four children. Joanna, a preacher’s wife. Josiah, a preacher. Johnathan, a policeman. Joy, a preacher’s wife. Gerald McDaniel has an associates degree in Engineering from Moultrie Technical College in Moultrie, Georgia. A Bachelor’s Degree from a combination of Hyles Anderson College in Indiana and Heritage Baptist College of Indiana and a Master’s Degree in theology from Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Georgia. Gerald has been in the ministry as a Pastor or an Associate Pastor for over 45 years.
