The voice of God is rarely silent toward the person who earnestly seeks Him. God created the human race, it makes sense that He would communicate with us. How God communicates with His creation however, varies. Many, from martyrs to murderers, have claimed to hear from God. But how can we trust anyone’s account of a conversation he claims to have had with the Almighty?
Often when queried on the subject, Christian believers offer poetic responses, like God speaks to us in a sunset, the smile of a child or in the miracle of life. Although I believe God is indeed in all those things, when people are searching for meaning in life, or a reason to wake up tomorrow, that is not the time to wax poetic. As adults can oftentimes forget what it was like to be a child, believers can sometimes fail to remember the struggle to find answers in a lonely and confusing world. Since there are many other groups, religious and secular, who are always eager to share their philosophies with a searching soul, we can’t be too careful of the influences we allow into our lives. There is a lot of information to disseminate out there, and it assaults us rapidly and relentlessly. Human beings long for a voice to guide them in navigating the treacherous waters of life, and speak to the very issues that reside in their hearts.

Letter to an Unbeliever is a straightforward argument that makes a case for God, in an informal, familiar style. It is a short but powerful commentary that recognizes many of the reasons for resisting salvation, but encouraging for readers who may have contemplated giving God a chance. Laced with divinely inspired insights and humorous observations, Letter to an Unbeliever is not the typical inspirational book.
About the Author
The author is a committed Christian who puts God first in all areas of her life. Rosalie experienced a dramatic change in her walk with God several years ago, after she completely surrendered to Him and handed over the reins to her life. Since that day Rosalie’s spiritual growth has really accelerated, and this book is just one demonstration of her victory. The message in this book is God-breathed.
Having been on both sides of the salvation issue, Rosalie marvels at God's immense goodness. Although she agrees that Christians should not be of this world, Rosalie believes we should still participate in the world's systems, for how else will the Holy Spirit enter the marketplace?
Rosalie has lived most of her life in Southern California. She is the single mother of four grown, successful sons. God has recently led her to Regent University in pursuit of higher education. Her major is psychology. Rosalie’s Christian faith has caused her to take an interest in politics, because every law and every vote impacts how we live, and how we are permitted to practice our faiths. And in the current godless climate that is overtaking the world, Rosalie believes this is a crucial matter.
